Mental Health First is in-network with Premera, Regence, and First Choice insurance; clients will need to check in with Premera to ensure that our services are covered in their policies.

For all other insurances, we are out-of-network and the following applies:

Payment is expected at time of service and can be provided through the patient portal, by check or cash. You may have out-of-network (OON) benefits with your insurance company and if so, I can provide you with a “super bill” (essentially a receipt for the services received) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Submitting an out-of-network (OON) and seeking reimbursement is the full responsibility of the patient/guarantor.

Initial Evaluation (typically 60 minutes) $300

Medication Management and Follow-up Visits (typically 15-30 minutes) $150

Phone Calls (Parent coaching, crisis management, etc) last over 15 minutes can be billed in 15 minute increments at $50 per 15 minute increments

Family Meetings (typically 45-60 minutes) $300


Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
